Parking Information
Linked here is a campus map of Holy Cross. The Hogan Campus Center, where we will be meeting, is #35 on the map. The closest parking lot is the Lower Hogan Lot (53), followed by the Upper Hogan Lot (54). These parking lots are for both visitors AND Holy Cross faculty and staff, so please be aware that the lots may fill. We highly encourage carpooling for this event. Please give yourself enough time in case you need to park further away and walk.
Event Timing
Registration and check-in will open at 8:30am. Please do not arrive prior to 8:30, as our team will need to finish setting up. We will have breakfast, coffee, and tea available from 8:30am-9:30pm. PLEASE NOTE, we will begin promptly at 9:30am this year, different from previous years. The annual meeting is scheduled to run until 2pm.
