CDC Mission
PERC's primary purpose is to further the economic development and social welfare of the City of Pittsfield and Berkshire County to increase employment opportunities and facilitate growth and development of small businesses. and new entrepreneurs starting a business. PERC values the needs of all individuals who look to them for assistance, such as language, sexual orientation, race, class, gender and abilities.
CDC Geographic Service Area
Pittsfield Economic Revitalization Corporation (PERC) provides direct loans, grants and access to a variety of public loan programs to help businesses in the City of Pittsfield, and offers several programs to assist entrepreneurs locating or expanding businesses in Pittsfield and Berkshire County.

- Small business assistance includes business coaching, consulting, technical assistance grants, and lending.
