Please join us in a “wicked fun” and accessible cornhole tournament. All proceeds will empower both elders and young adults by supporting our Volunteer Center which includes these innovative programs: AmeriCorps Senior Volunteers (Foster Grand Parents, Senior Companion Program, Retired Senior Volunteer Program – including Bone Builders), Mill City Mentors, and Spindle City Corps.
With your interest and philanthropic benevolence – the Volunteer Center at Community Teamwork is truly making a visible difference: Last year, 80+ low-income seniors benefitted from increased income as a benefit of their social work in our shared community. Over 300 elders participated in our strength training and balance exercises through our Bone Builders classes. Also, nearly 40 youth received mentoring through our innovative Mill City Mentors (MCM) program.
