The Massachusetts Homeowner Assistance Fund: A grant program available to homeowners that are at least three months behind on their mortgage payments because of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Learn more and apply here. Information on Chapter 257 of the Acts of 2020: This makes important changes to summary process rules and procedures that will be in effect until the end of the COVID-19 state of emergency. A notice to quit for nonpayment of rent given in writing by a landlord to a residential tenant must be accompanied by a form with certain information. The form, portal to upload, and a copy of the regulations can be found here.
