Pam Bender has over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on community organizing, leadership development and organizational development.  At Management Consulting Services she coordinated the Immigrant Leadership Development Initiative, designed collaborative learning sessions for small- to mid-sized non-profits and provides networking and peer-learning opportunities for non-profit executive directors. Previously, she managed the Resident Leadership Initiative at Neighborhood Reinvestment Corp, where she designed and delivered training for community organizers and community leaders and provided technical assistance in community organizing to community development organizations. Prior to that she worked at the Massachusetts Tenants Organization, for three years as a tenant organizer and three years as the executive director.
