WalkerOffice Manager Teresa Walker joined the staff of the Massachusetts Community Development Corporation in October of 2007.She started her career working for the Office of Campaign and Political Finance as the Assistant to the Head Auditor (Head Clerk IV) and held administrative roles as an employee of the Community Minority Cultural Center (CMCC) and support to the Board of Directors of the Union Street Corridor Community Development Corporation which has lead her to her current position as Office Manager of the Massachusetts Association of Community Development Corporations in Boston (MACDC).Teresa Walker is a board member of Lynn&#x26;rsquo;s CDC, Lynn Investing in Neighborhood Coalition (LINC), and is also one of four reverends of Cathedral of Faith, Pentecostal Church of which she became an ordained minister on May 20, 2007.</description>

<description>Andrea Lopez Duarte graduated Summa cum Laude from Clark University with a B.A. in Government &#x26;amp; International Relations and International Development &#x26;amp; Social Change. She is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at Clark University while interning at the Massachusetts Association of Community Development Corporations. Andrea&#x26;rsquo;s work at MACDC is mainly research based and deals with issues such as diversity in the workforce of real estate construction projects. Prior to joining the MACDC team, Andrea worked at the New York State Department of Agriculture &#x26;amp; Markets in Albany, NY as a Wine and Food Project Assistant.  She came to the United States as an international student from Colombia in 2002. </description>
